located on the mayo peninsula & just a few minutes away from access to beach & nature parks, marinas, & fishing piers London Town & Gardens is a 12 minute drive from the property. 12mi from the iconic md renaissance festival!
the house is located directly waterfront on whitemarsh creek on 4 acres with an amazing pool and fenced in backyard
the kitchen is stocked with features such as viking stove, subzero refrigerator, wine cooler and a gas fireplace Off of the kitchen is the aptly named Maryland Suite which was named after the Maryland crest engraved into the stone fireplace. The Maryland Suite has a seating area as well as a full bathroom and a king size bed.
on the left wing of the house there is the billiards room containing a slate pool table and a workspace The Garden Room is situated next to the Billiards room which includes a seating area and access to the greenhouse. In season and when available, the greenhouse provides fresh herbs and vegetables for guests to use if they desire.
upstairs are two guest bedrooms, one king and one queen, and a king master suite with an ensuite bathroom and small seating area There is full bathroom in the hallway with a combination tub/shower and a small laundry closet.
downstairs in the basement is the perfect kids recreational room It includes a lounging couch for watching movies, a ping pong table, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom in the basement.
there is plenty of parking on site but we do ask guests to not use the garage as it is utilized for recreational area
